Why homeowners pick us
A single point of responsibility
The most common remodeling failure is not bad work. It is nobody owning the gap between two trades.
One contractor, every trade
Framing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, insulation and finish carpentry are handled by our own crew. Scope gaps between subcontractors never become your problem.
Design and permits included
Drawings, engineering and the permit process run under the same contract as construction, so nobody points at anybody else when the city asks for a revision.
The owner stays on the job
You deal with the person responsible for the work, not a salesperson who hands you off after the deposit clears.

“We couldn't be happier with the work Top Tech Builders did on our home in Valley Village. This was a full home remodeling project, and from the very beginning they were professional, organized, and honest. They installed a brand-new roof, removed the old popcorn ceilings, remodeled our three-bedroom home, installed beautiful new flooring throughout, completed all new interior and exterior painting, upgraded the plumbing, and rewired the entire house with a new electrical panel, LED recessed lighting, and an EV charger. One of the most meaningful parts of the project was making the home accessible for my older sister. They designed and built a concrete wheelchair ramp, improved the walkways, and made the home much safer and easier for her to get around. Their attention to detail and understanding of accessibility needs meant a lot to our family. The crew kept the job site clean, communicated every step of the way, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Everything passed inspection, and the finished home feels brand new. If you're looking for a trustworthy general contractor in Valley Village for a complete home remodel, roofing, electrical, plumbing, accessibility improvements, or any major renovation, I highly recommend Top Tech Builders. Thank you to Idan and the entire team for an outstanding job!”

Before you call
Questions we get on the first call
- Do you handle design and permits, or just construction?
- Both. Drawings, engineering and the permit application run under the same contract as the build. You are not hiring a designer, then an engineer, then a contractor and coordinating the three yourself.
- Do you use subcontractors?
- Our own crew covers the core trades, framing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, insulation and finish carpentry. Where a specialty licence is required we bring in a partner, but the contract, the schedule and the responsibility stay with us.
- How long will my project take?
- It depends on scope, jurisdiction and how quickly plan check moves, and any contractor who gives you a firm number before seeing the property is guessing. We give you a schedule with your proposal, once we know what we are working with.
- What does a quote cost?
- Nothing. We visit the property, talk through what you want and put together a written scope and price.
- Which areas do you serve?
- We work across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego and Santa Barbara counties from our North Hollywood base. Travel time affects scheduling on the outer edges of that range, and we will tell you honestly if a project is too far to service well.
- Can you work on a fire-damaged property?
- Yes, and we work in a number of high fire-hazard areas across Southern California. If you would rather sell than rebuild, we can refer you to a partner who buys damaged properties, see our fire-damaged property page.
